Every project is scoped to the actual work. After a first conversation I send a fixed proposal with a clear deliverable, timeline and price. The price doesn't move once we agree the scope.
It depends on what you're building. A landing page usually takes 1 to 3 weeks; custom software or an AI integration typically runs 6 to 12 weeks. I set clear milestones at the start so you always know where the work stands.

Yes. I work inside what you already have: your stack, your design system, your team's process. If something needs to be replaced or refactored, I say so before changing anything.
A clear brief helps, but it isn't required. I help shape the idea and define what's worth building before you commit to anything.
In most cases, start smaller. Validating the core of the product before committing to the full scope reduces risk on both sides and gives you real feedback before the biggest decisions are locked in. It's still scoped and priced as Custom Software & AI, just tighter: fewer features, a shorter timeline, and a clear path to expand once it's proven.
I don't disappear. Most projects include a short support window for fixes and adjustments. After that, ongoing work like new features or maintenance is scoped and priced individually. You leave with a system that's yours to run, with or without me.
