Every project is scoped to the actual work. After a first conversation I send a fixed proposal with a clear deliverable, timeline and price. The price doesn't move once we agree the scope.
It depends on what you're building. A landing page usually takes 1 to 3 weeks; custom software or an AI integration typically runs 6 to 12 weeks. I set clear milestones at the start so you always know where the work stands.

I don't disappear. Most projects include a short support window for fixes and adjustments. After that, ongoing work like new features or maintenance is scoped and priced individually. You leave with a system that's yours to run, with or without me.
